**Sparring Gear is required to attend Saturday
Sparring.
**Must have your own weapon to attend weapons class.

No Street Shoes on the mats.
Always wear a clean uniform. Keep your
finger and toe nails trimmed.
No chewing gum in class.
Do not wear jewelry or bring valuables
to class.
