Mr Grant has done Martial Arts for 28 years of his life. From age 4 years old he started Wing Chun Kung Fu and Jeet Kune do. At the age of 18 he started training in Karate Do and TaeKwonDo. At the age of 23 he studied Judo in Japan for a year. He has been teaching the Martial Arts for 18 years.
